18th Annual Tour de Vail 2019

Event Description

Vail Place, a non-profit organization providing comprehensive services, support and resources for those with mental illnesses, is hosting its 18th annual Tour de Vail – Roll & Stroll for Mental Health on Sunday, July 21st, 2019. Participants may walk, run, bike, skate or blade around and through Hopkins, ending at the Hopkins Clubhouse, to gain donations, inspire hope and raise awareness.

Mounds View Community Theatre Presents "Man of LaMancha"

Event Description

Mounds View Community Theatre, now in its 36th year, will be presenting “Man of La Mancha.” 
“Man of La Mancha” debuted on Broadway in 1965 and is inspired by Miguel de Cervantes’s 17th-century novel Don Quixote. 
In this play within a play, a talented and hopeful story-teller with a trunk full of costumes and props entertains and inspires his fellow prisoners with stories of knights and their adventures and invites them all to play along.
