Letter: 'Slime pit'

To the editor:
My thanks to Ginny Yingling for her excellent letter pointing out how two friends of the mayor use our tax dollars to spread their warped views of life. I believe our City Council is no longer a circus it has become a “Slime Pit”.
That Erik Hjelle and Bob Zick would imply that Will Rossbach was involved in any way in the tragic death of a citizen is beyond all bounds of decency.
Thank God Erik is on the way out and if we can elect a good mayor who doesn’t keep the Council talking until 2 am all about how mistreated she is, maybe we can save tax dollars, get rid of her buddy Zick and use our city money wisely.
I have indorsed Will Rossbach for mayor because he is the most qualified and experienced candidate. With the help of good city Council Members I am sure we will see a real difference.
Kathy Junenemann has served us well the 8 years she has served and she has held steady these four years which has been very trying for everyone.
James Llanas as a former teacher and school supervisor has really impressed me these past 4 years. The three of them have my full support.
I do hope the citizens of Maplewood will become aware of how important it is to get out and vote September 15th and again November 3rd, because Voter apathy is what gave us the
Rubber Stamp GOVERNMENT.
PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE!
Christeen Stone
